Southwest Healthcare provides palliative care for people living with serious illness. The program focuses on comfort, symptom support, communication, and quality of life and may be provided alongside treatment intended to cure or control illness. Palliative care is distinct from hospice. Contact the health system or treating clinician to ask whether a referral or consultation is appropriate.
